HCG Phase 3 Cheesecake

Here is me making the amazing cheesecake, with no sugar or carbs; so you can have it on phase 3 of the HCG diet, or even the Atkins diet! It’s yummy! I said it wrong in the video; after you turn the oven to 250 degrees, it has to be cooked for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
Here is the recipe!

P3 cheesecake
Crust-
-3 cream cheeses
-handful of almonds
-2 tbsp butter
– 1 cup almond flour
-1 tbsp sweetener (I use truvia)
-tsp of vanilla extract
-4 eggs

Preheat oven at 375
Mix almonds with food processor. Add in flour, sweetener, butter, vanilla. Mold in Pan.
If you’d like, you can pre bake the crust while you make the filling; put it in the oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

Blend 3 cream cheeses.
Blend in 1 1/3 cup sugar little at a time so it blends. Blend in 4 eggs-1 at a time
Blend in tbsp vanilla and tablespoon of lemon juice. Also add in 8 oz of sour cream.

Pour it in the pan
And bake for 15 minutes at 350. Then 225 for 1 hour 15 minutes
Open door shut oven off and leave it in for 30 minutes to cool off. It is so good!
Optional:
1 cup raspberries
1/8 cup water
1 T sugar
Microwave them together and pour over cheesecake. YUM!

 

 

Hcg(p2) Apple Pie

This is a quick recipe on how to create (p2) friendly apple pie.
Ingredients.
I sliced apple
1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil
4 packs of stevia
4 droppers of vanilla stevia or stevita
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

 

 

HCG Phase 2 Recipe: Turkey & Veggie Soup

Hello cutie! Here is a super easy recipe for those cold days! I had some cooked turkey breast left over and why not use it in a soup? Not to mention the soup broth is home made as well! Adding veggies to it makes it look more heartier not to mention tasty as well! Give it a try!

HCG – P3 Coconut Flour Bread

Coconut Flour is a delicious, healthy alternative to wheat and other grain flours. It is very high in fiber, low in digestible carbohydrates, a good source of protein and gluten free. It lends baked goods an incomparably rich texture and a unique, natural sweetness.

12 eggs
1 cup EVOO or coconut oil – sorry i think i forgot to mention in the video!!!
2 packs Stevia
1 tsp Salt
1.5 cups Coconut flour (sifted)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder

blend all ingredients , but coconut flour
sift in coconut flour
mix and transfer to loaf forms
sprinkle topping of choice, poppy seeds or sesame seeds
bake 40 min @ 350
