This is a great recipe for HCG Phase 2 or just a healthy dinner! I used chicken breast, apples, sweet onion and poultry seasoning.
I used parchment paper under the chicken because on P2 you can’t use butter or oils
You can add a small salad to this meal as well, just remember the onions count as part of the daily HCG vegetable serving
