Trust me on this one, I’m going to show you something I love to cover in Chocolate Delight in order to make it stretch farther. It’s kind of strange, but oh so good! It’s fun to make this treat then let your family & friends try to guess what it is. Let me know if you ever do this & what kind of response you got! Just a fun little thing to do 🙂 I hope you enjoy our Halloween costumes! Here is my simple Chocolate Delight recipe ( Cocoa D ):
In small crock pot melt 1 cup Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, unrefined (I used Trader Joe’s Brand), sift in 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder & whisk until dissolved, add 1 cup POWDERED Truvia, dash of salt & 2 Tablespoons of imitation vanilla & whisk until well blended. You may want to go ahead & turn down or off your crock pot so that your chocolate doesn’t seize up. Dip your treats in the liquid Chocolate Delight then place on parchment paper on a small cookie sheet then place in freezer until set up. Chocolate Delight needs to be kept cold because coconut oil melts at about 76 degrees F (24 C ). Enjoy!

HCG Lemon Dill Salad Dressing
1 C lemon juice
1 C MCT oil
2 TBSP dill weed
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp mustard powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp tarragon

Put all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. Use 1 TBSP per serving. Keep refrigerated and use for salad dressings, dipping sauces, and marinades.

HCG Vinaigrette
1 C apple cider vinegar
1 C MCT oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp mustard powder

Put all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. Use 1 TBSP per serving. Keep refrigerated and use for salad dressings, dipping sauces, and marinades.

Homemade Broth
Fill one large soup pot or crock pot ¾ full of water. Add chicken parts, onion skins, celery tops, unpeeled garlic cloves. Simmer overnight in crock pot or all day on top of stove. For vegetable broth, omit chicken, add cabbage leaves and core, spinach leaves and stems and any leftover vegetable parts. For beef broth, replace chicken with low grade cuts of beef and omit all vegetables.

Dry Spice Mixes:
Ranch: 1 TBSP onion powder, 1 TBSP garlic powder, 1 tsp dill weed, ½ tsp celery salt, ½ tsp mustard powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, dash sea salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1/8 tsp oregano, 1 packet TrueLime (optional). Use as a mix with lemon juice for an oil-less salad dressing, or in 1 TBSP milk for a change in dressing or dipping sauce. Also, sprinkle on chicken or fish for a different taste.
Cajun: 1 TBSP onion powder, 1 TBSP garlic powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp dry mustard powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, ½ tsp cayenne, ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp celery salt. Use for blackened shrimp, white fish, or chicken.

Here’s the recipe. Beauty is, you can portion and freeze for your future P2/P3 pleasure;)
Chicken Adobo
3 lbs chicken breast
1 can tomato paste
2 cups water
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 medium onion, quartered
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
Put chicken, cubed in skillet or dutch oven and sauté. Mix all other ingredients in food processor until thick. Pour over chicken cubes and simmer for 45 minutes covered. Sauce should be thick and flavorful. Serve over shredded cabbage if you need a veg for the meal.

Mock apple pie recipe:
Wet a Wasa cracker and top with chopped strawberries, powdered stevia and cinnamon. Microwave for ten seconds.

Apple Cider Vinegar tea:
Boil one cup of water, and add liquid or powdered stevia to taste plus 1 tsp. of organic apple cider vinegar, like the kind from Bragg’s brand, or at least any brand that has the “mother” in it. Make sure it’s unfiltered for all the nutrients!

It is a great food to eat on a Fat Fast Day. I loved the fact that I could eat Chocolate and Nuts all day long and still loose weight! How great Is that. I lost over 3 pounds on the first fat fast on Cheese cake. See my video on Fat fast if you want to now more about that. You can have your cake and eat it too…. LOL. Great way to have a “Cheat day” yet not cheating… lol.
Sugar free Glutten Free
Crust: chocolate (Makes one Pie Crust)
3 Tbs. Coconut Oil (Melted)
8 Tbs. Butter
6 Tbs. Cocoa (3 Tbs. Dark/ 3 Tbs. Light)
1 cup splenda
1 cup Almond flour
1/8 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup Golden milled Flax seed
1 large egg
1 Tbsp. Davini Sugar free French Vanilla
1 scoop vanilla whey
bake Crust at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 min. (Let cool 10 min. before pour cheese cake on top.
Pie Crust: serves 8
Calories: 320 Net carbs: 9 Fat: 27 Protein: 9

Sugar free Chocolate Cheesecake
2– 8oz block cream cheese
¼ cup Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter (sugar free)
¼ cup Almond butter (sugar free)
1 scoops vanilla whey protein powdersugar free

4 large eggs
¾ cup Sour Cream (full fat)
2.5 cup Splenda
¾ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Davinci Hazelnut Sugar Free
1 cup Hersheys Cocoa (Light)

Pour this Cheesecake Mixture over cooled Chocolate Crust Bake @ 400 or 425 Degrees for
25 min.

Topping:
Mix topping with a spoon and pour on top of pie.
Cook on 400 for 10 to 15 min.
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 T. Davinci Sugar free Syrup
2 Tablespoons Splenda
Dash of Cinnamon

Chocolate Drizzle on top:
make my Chocolate Delight Recipe:
1 cup Coconut Oil
5 Tablespoons (Sugar free chocolate chips) Hersheys
Warm the chocolate chips in the Coconut oil in the microwave for 1 to 2 min.
Mix in chocolate well with a wisk.
add 8 Tablespoons Hershey Cocoa (unsweetened) (Sift it in)
8 tablespoons of Stevia or Splenda
2 T. Vanilla or hazlenut Sugar free Davinci Syrup
1 1/2 cups mac nuts or nuts.
I drizzled some of this on cheese cake to make the walnuts stick.
Then used the rest and put in my Egg candy molds to make my chocolate delight. Used
that for fat fast too. To harden just refrigerate.

hCG P2 Asparagus Soup

1 1/2 – 2 pounds of Asparagus – chopped into 1″ pieces
2 Tab. Coconut Oil + Salt and Pepper
Roast in a pyrex dish for 10 minutes in a preheated 450 degree oven
Add:
1/2 cup each of chopped shallots, leeks, onion & 2 Tab. minced garlic
Stir to combine and roast an additional 10 minutes

Heat 1 quart of chicken broth and set aside
Place roasted vegetables in a food processor and blend for 1-2 min.

Add:
1/2 cup of finely ground macadamia nuts (optional)
1 tsp. salt & 1/2 tsp. white pepper

Blend and then add heated chicken broth, blending well
