My HCG Diet Experience on 1000 Calories

Hi, I made this video because I did the HCG diet using the injections but I didn’t do the 500 calorie diet like most people do or what they say is required. Instead I used the information that I learned in my diabetic class which was eati 3 to 3.5 oz of meat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I ate 1/2 cup of vegetables(these can’t just be any vegetable some are high in carbs! I ate lots of green beans or greens or salad) and then a 1/4 cup of something that was a carb like whole grain rice or potatoes. I plan on doing a separate video with all the foods I ate because I have had alot of people asking what I ate. I did eat out! I will touch on that as well. I counted all of my calories and I used spark people to do this. If you have a smart phone they have an app to do this and it helps alot! Thanks for watching for the video if you have any questions feel free to ask!
